Individual Counseling in Colorado

I like to utilize a multitude of theoretical orientations and counseling techniques to provide a customized approach to therapy. I believe that there is not a one theory fits all approach and want to tailor your mental health services to you as an individual. That being said, I do lean on a Person-Centered framework and use Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, and Existential Therapy.

I attended undergrad at Florida State University graduating with a B.S. in Biology and also a B.S. in Psychology. I attended Colorado Christian University and graduated with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
